Hi, I’m Amelia!
I am a mother of two, a postpartum doula, and a yoga teacher living in Massachusetts.
As a certified Perinatal Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, I work with mothers and families to provide support for the tender transition into new parenthood.
My desire to nurture birthing people through pregnancy and postpartum healing led me to teach prenatal yoga in 2016, three years before having my son. I carried with me a longing for my own motherhood experience, and when it was my time, my yoga community held me as I became a mother. In 2019, I studied to become an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula to provide deeply nourishing, thoughtfully personalized care for mamas after birth.
My own early postpartum journeys revealed the beautiful and raw vulnerability of being newly born into motherhood. The arrival of my son and daughter opened me to the tenderness of creating new life and witnessing both my children’s growth and my own. I experienced the value of support through nourishment, rest, and connection with my community. I’m passionate about helping others navigate their own birth into motherhood so they can find joy and ease through the transition.
Through my work as a yoga teacher and postpartum doula, my aim is to care for new parents from preconception and pregnancy into the fourth trimester and beyond. View my offerings to get a greater sense of my work and passion for support and connection along the journey of parenthood!
