Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga

My yoga classes hold supportive space for deep unfolding along the path of parenthood. Each practice addresses a theme to help you navigate this new terrain while feeling held, seen, and heard. I invite students to be curious, find ease through effort, and always return to their breath. Together, we awaken strength with mindful movement and make room for restorative moments of stillness.

I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 through Yoga Vibe Los Angeles. My desire to nurture new parents through pregnancy and postpartum healing led me to become a certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher in 2016 through Silverlake Yoga. I began teaching three years before having my son, carrying with me a longing for my own motherhood experience. Teaching felt like my first steps into parenthood and when it was my time, my yoga community held me as I became a mother.

I now offer private yoga sessions both in person and virtually, supporting parents through pregnancy, postpartum, and the ever-evolving path of early parenthood. It’s an honor to walk alongside others as they find steadiness, softness, and connection in their own bodies—just as I did on my journey into motherhood.
